Maintenext

Maintenext is an example of a top-to-bottom rebranding of a company that was entirely undertaken at the suggestion of Zapfire’s branding team.

Building Maintenance and Consulting Services, Inc. (BMCS) hired Zapfire to do a new website for the company that would reflect their growth and transformation from a small cleaning company to a full-service, large-scale facilities service company including water treatment, landscaping, cleaning and facility support. Their existing Web site was amateurish, and they needed a crisp, clean design that would better represent the increasing level of sophistication they were trying to cultivate in their business.

A new logo was requested, and, because we’re always thinking, we suggested that the company consider a name change to better the corporate brand. Doing business as BMCS had several drawbacks: the indistinct “alphabet soup” name was an unpronounceable acronym; there was no logo for the name, and the domain name for their existing web site was arbitrary and not easy to extrapolate from the name.

Zapfire’s team of branding consultants looked for a slick new name that would reflect the company’s expansion and repositioning, provide an easy-to-find domain name and give a distinctive visual look that could be implemented in various applications throughout the company to reinforce the new brand.

Maintenext, as the company is now known, is now poised and ready to take on the world, and to move from a local mom-and-pop cleaning service to a multi-location, high-volume provider of building and facility services. We’re proud to have been a part of Maintenext’s success
